We use the Logitech MeetUp along with the Logitech TAP to host and participate in Microsoft Teams Meetings. This device is used across our entire organization in different conference rooms and buildings to allow groups of users to interact with meetings from one location instead of having them all connect to the meeting from their own computers in their offices and cubicles.
  • One location for all meeting participants to congregate.
  • Ability to share content from one computer located in the room with the MeetUp.
  • Camera, microphone and speakers are all-in-one and the camera will pan and tilt and can follow motion and sound.
  • Pricing is a bit high
  • Setup could be a bit easier but that is more an issue with Microsoft than Logitech
  • Would be nice if Logitech added a keyboard and mouse when selling the bundle
While we use Microsoft Teams this device will interact with Teams, Google Meets and Zoom giving you the flexibility to host and join many different platforms. You have to purchase the platform bundle for your software subscription so you will need more than one if you host different types of meetings. This device is great for small conference rooms where you need to huddle with others and interact with people joining your meeting from different locations.
  • Working with Teams.
  • Being able to get multiple people in one room to join a meeting together on one computer.
  • Sharing content from a centralized computer.
  • Reduced internet bandwidth across a single site since everyone is joining the meeting from one device.
  • Reduced travel time allowing others to join the meeting instead of driving to it.
  • Increased efficiency allowing everyone in the meeting to share a file and interact with it.
